摘 要:高温超导同步调相机具有响应速度快、同步电抗小等优异的无功补偿性能,本文介绍和分析了10 Mvar高温超导同步调相机的总体电磁设计。该调相机的额定电压和电流分别为11 kV和525 A,定子采用无磁性齿水冷绕组。励磁绕组采用10 mm宽的REBCO高温超导带材绕制而成,工作温度为30 K,采用冷氦气冷却,额定空载电流为375 A,气隙磁密1.4 T。空载时REBCO绕组上的最大磁密为3.05 T。对阻尼屏蔽层的分析表明其存在一些相互矛盾的特性,需要更为深入的设计。为分析无功补偿特性进行了简单的电路仿真,当满载励磁电流为428 A时,该超导调相机可实现10 Mvar的无功输出。The high temperature superconducting(HTS)dynamic synchronous condenser(DSC)attracts close attentions because of excellent reactive compensation characteristics such as fast response time and small synchronous reactance.In this paper,the overall electromagnetic design of a 10 Mvar-class HTS DSC is designed and analysed.The rated terminal voltage and armature current of the air-core water-cooled stator are 11 kV and 525 A,respectively.The excitation winding wound by 10 mm wide REBCO high temperature superconducting material coated conductors,is cooled to below 30 K through helium gas.At rated gap field 1.4 T and no-load excitation current 375 A,the maximum flux density on the REBCO coils is 3.05 T.The analysis of the screening and damping layer shows that it has some conflicted features and needs more accurate design.A simple circuit simulation is carried out to calculate the reactive compensation performance.At the full-load excitation current 428 A,this prototype can output 10 Mvar reactive power.
