项目组织双元学习:基于双元管控和技术平台视角

摘　　要：通过正式控制和社会控制,BIM、WECHAT技术平台都可以获取组织双元学习所需要的信息知识,但技术平台是否通过双元管控(正式控制,社会控制)的中介作用影响项目组织双元学习还缺乏理论和实证支持。为探讨技术平台和双元管控的共同使用对项目组织双元学习的影响,本文构建了双元管控(正式控制、社会控制)及不同类型技术平台(BIM,WECHAT)与不同类型学习(探索性学习,利用性学习)绩效之间的理论框架,对建筑企业的210位项目经理进行了问卷调查。运用AMOS22.0,bootstrap进行分析和检验,SPSS22.0进行层次回归分析的研究结果表明,正式控制、社会控制及两者的均衡使用均对项目组织双元学习及均衡有显著正向相关影响。正式信息技术平台(BIM)、非正式信息技术平台(微信)及两者的均衡使用均对项目组织双元学习及均衡有显著正向相关影响。正式控制和社会控制部分中介了技术信息平台与项目组织双元学习的正向相关关系。此外,正式信息技术平台(BIM)正向调节双元管控平衡使用与项目组织双元学习平衡的正向相关关系,非正式信息技术平台(WECHAT)负向调节双元管控平衡使用与项目组织双元学习平衡的正向相关关系。综合来看,不同类型技术平台和双元管控双管齐下的策略对项目组织双元学习及均衡依然有效。Through dual management and technology platform can obtain information needed for organizational learning,but whether the two pronged approach is still the effective strategy is also a lack of theoretical and empirical support.To explore the impact of the joint use of dual management and technology platform on project team learning,this paper constructs the theoretical framework of different types of dual management,technology platform and different types of learning performance.A questionnaire survey was conducted on 210 project managers of construction companies.The results of the hierarchical regression analysis using SPSS22.0 show that both dual management and technology platform can promote the project team learning.Dual management mediate the positive relationship between technology platform and project organization dual learning.The formal information technology platform is positively adjusting the positive relationship between the dual-control balance and the project organization’s dual-learning balance.The informal information technology platform negatively adjusts the positive relationship between the dual-control balance and the project organization’s dual-learning balance.In general,two pronged strategy is still valid for project organization dual learning.
