摘　　要：运用文献资料、个案研究|数据统计、专家访谈等方法,研究日本游泳队备战东京奥运会的具体手段与方法,为中国游泳队提供参考。主要结论:1备战优点:日本游泳队备战奥运会资金到位、训练条件优越,目标明确,突出重点,保障优势项目和队员;加强国际交流,适当出国高原集训和比赛,并有意选择与同项目的竞争对手近距离训练,让队员了解偶像和对手,加强比赛夺冠的信心;出国高原集训持续时间为2-4周,并随后通过国内外比赛来检验集训成果。2备战存在问题:日本游泳队没有保障好奥运顶级选手的训练及比赛,导致优秀运动员产生严重的伤病,无法参加训练和比赛;世锦赛和奥运会的选拔标准过高;整体比赛安排不合理,比赛次数多,强度大;日本队兴奋剂管理有漏洞。By using literature,case studies,data statistics,expert interviews and other methods,this paper studies the specific means and methods that Japanese swimming team apply to prepare for the Tokyo Olympic Games.It provides reference for the Chinese swimming team.Main conclusi ons:1.The adva ntages of the preparati on:The Japa nese swimmi ng team has adequate fun ds,superior training conditions,clear objectives,highlighted key points,priority projects and guaranteed top swimmers.They have strengthe ned inter national excha nges,and the training and competiti ons are appropriately done abroad.The training time for the overseas training is basically 2-4 weeks,The n they subseque ntly con duct domestic and in ternational competitions for in spection.2 Problems in preparing for the Olympic Games:The Japa nese swimming team does not guarantee the training and competitions for the top Olympic athletes,which has caused the athletes to be seriously ill and unable to participate in training and competitions.Moreover,the overall competition arra ngeme nt is unreas on able,since the nu mber of matches is too large and the inten sity is too strong.Furthermore,there are loopholes in the Japanese team*s doping management.
