摘　　要：[目的/意义]对高校图书馆资源建设面临的问题与挑战进行总结,重点探讨图书馆资源建设支持高校教学科研的方法,探索未来图书馆资源建设的重点方向和发展策略。[方法/过程]以清华大学图书馆资源建设为例,梳理其支持高校教学科研的实践与成效,并对“十四五”期间高校图书馆资源建设发展提出建议。[结果/结论]支持学校教学与科研、满足师生的文献资源需求,是高校图书馆文献资源建设的“初心”与“本位”。高校图书馆要围绕这个目标,加强资源保障,提升资源一体化管理水平,强化资源需求评估与使用绩效评价,建立全面、高效精准的文献资源保障与服务体系。[Purpose/significance]Summarizing the problems and challenges faced by university library,focusing on the methods to support the university’s teaching and scientific research,this paper tries to discuss the main points and development strategy of information resource construction in academic library.[Method/process]Taking the information resource construction of Tsinghua University Library as an example,the paper reviewed its practices and effectiveness in supporting teaching and scientific research of university,and gave some suggestions to the development of resource construction during the“14th Five-Year Plan”period.[Result/conclusion]Supporting teaching and scientific research,meeting the information resource demands of teachers and students are the original aspiration of university library.University libraries should focus on the origination,strengthen resource guarantee,improve resource integrational management level,strengthen subject resource demand assessment and usage performance evaluation,so as to establish a comprehensive,efficient and accurate resource guarantee and service system.
