摘  要:针对低硅冶炼和优质生产相结合,从保持炉况顺行的上下部调剂入手,摸索炉况稳定活跃所需要的合适参数;研究合适的炉渣关键控制参数,提高炉渣镁铝比,增强渣铁物理热和流动性,提高脱硫效果;提高风温水平,助力低硅低硫生产。通过一系列技术措施的运行,高炉实现了长期高产状态下的低硅优质生产,炉温降低至0.34%,生铁一类品率保持在90%以上。In view of the combination of low silicon smelting and high quality production,starting with the adjustment of the upper and lower parts of the furnace to keep the furnace running smoothly.The appropriate parameters needed for the stable and active furnace condition are found out,the appropriate key control parameters of the furnace slag are studied and the magnesium-aluminum ratio of the furnace slag is increased.The physical heat and fluidity of slag and iron are enhanced,the desulfurization effect is improved,the air temperature level is raised and the low silicon and low sulfur production is promoted.Through a series of technical measures,the blast furnace has achieved a long-term high-yield low-silicon high-quality production,furnace temperature has been reduced to 0.34%,pig iron grade rate remains above 90%.
