烧结配料仓分仓下料系统在莱钢炼铁厂的应用

摘　　要：配料分仓下料分仓上打料和仓下下料,仓上要求打仓移动矿车根据仓位重量请求自动定位打仓,在打仓过程中选择料重优先顺序,自主判断是否接受请求,从而通过精确测控找到仓位打仓。仓下下料时,由干基配比算出湿基配比,进而算出下料量,再根据料批大小,把配比根据约定分配到所选料仓,料仓下给料机和电子皮带秤一键启动,给定值进行PID调节与反馈值形成闭环控制,从而精确控制下料量最接近真实值,完成配料过程。According to the request of the moving ore car in the top of the bin,it can automatically locate and open the bin according to the request of the weight of the bin.In the process of opening the bin,it chooses the order of the weight of the material,and decides whether to accept the request or not,through the precise monitoring to find positions to open.The dry base ratio is used to calculate the wet base ratio,and then the feed quantity is calculated.Then,according to the size of the batch,the feed ratio is assigned to the selected bin according to the agreement,the given value adjusted by PID and closed-loop control is formed by feedback value,so as to accurately control the amount of cutting stock,which is close to the real value,and finish the process of batching.
