摘 要:挫折承受力是指个体在遭遇挫折情境时,能否经得起打击和压力,有无摆脱和排解困境而使自己避免心理与行为失常的一种耐受能力。受外部环境和自身因素两个方面的影响,大学生遇到的挫折主要来自学业、情感、社会交往和就业等方面。本文以挫折承受力为切入点分析了增强大学生社会适应性的必要性,并以挫折承受力为基点提出了大学生社会适应性增强策略,即营造健康的成长环境、帮助大学生提高挫折应对能力、改善大学生人际关系、引导大学生进行心理调适和完善家庭功能。Frustration tolerance refers to the ability of individuals to withstand blows and pressures when they encounter setbacks,and to avoid psychological and behavioral disorders.Affected by the external environment and its own factors,the setbacks encountered by college students mainly come from the aspects of study,emotion,social interaction and employment.It is necessary to strengthen the social adaptability of college students with frustration tolerance as the breakthrough point,and put forward the strategy of strengthening college students’social adaptability based on frustration tolerance,that is,to create a healthy growth environment,to help college students improve their ability to cope with setbacks,to improve their interpersonal relationship,and to guide them college students to carry out psychological adjustment and perfect family function.
