摘  要:光照对植物的生长发育十分重要,弱光胁迫对水稻生长发育会产生不良的影响。为研究弱光对水稻蔗糖转运蛋白基因(OsSUTs)表达的影响,本研究对水稻品种‘日本晴’进行遮光和不遮光(对照)栽培,检测不同光处理的2组材料OsSUTs基因家族的mRNA相对表达情况、农艺性状和生育期长短。结果显示,弱光胁迫可抑制水稻生长发育进程,导致水稻生育期延长,灌浆受阻;OsSUTs基因家族不同的OsSUTs基因的mRNA表达量对弱光胁迫的应答并不相同。OsSUT1、OsSUT2和Os SUT4对弱光胁迫响应明显,在遮光条件下这3个OsSUTs基因在几个生育期都出现表达量明显上升的情况,这个可能是其上游序列中顺式元件G-box和ACE参与了弱光胁迫响应。本试验结果可为耐荫性水稻品种的分子选育及弱光胁迫下水稻的分子调控机理提供参考。Light plays an important role in the growth and development of plants,and low light stress has negative impacts on rice growth and development.To study the potential effects of low light on OsSUTs gene family,’Nipponbare’was cultivated under shading and non shading(control),we analyzed the relative expression levels of OsSUTs mRNA,plant agronomic characters,and the growth period between two different light intensity treatments.The results indicated that low light stress inhibits the growth and development process of rice,prolongs growth period and suppresses grain-filling.What’s more,the results also showed that the transcripts levels of various OsSUTs genes were different on weak light response.Among them,the expression of OsSUT1,OsSUT2,and OsSUT4 had significant rise in multiple growth stages under shading treatment.The information analysis showed that the Cis-acting elements G-box and ACE located on the upstream region of gene may involve in the response of weak light.It can provide theoretical reference for molecular breeding of rice shade-tolerant varieties and molecular regulation mechanism of rice under low light stress.
