涞源县滨湖新区梯级橡胶坝塌坝泄流过程分析

摘　　要：拒马河涞源县滨湖新区段河道治理工程共建成泉坊、石门两座橡胶坝,为确保汛期塌坝河道行洪安全,采用溢流堰过流能力计算公式按照逐时段演进法和水量平衡原理分析梯级坝之间的塌坝泄流过程,为橡胶坝联合调度方案的制定提供依据。The river channel regulation project located in Binhu New District of Laiyuan County has built two rubber dams,namely Quanfang and Shimen rubber dam.In order to ensure the safety of river channel flood when flood season,the overflow raft overflow capacity calculation formula and the water balance principle are used to analyze the dam discharge process between the cascade dams,the system can provide basis for rubber dams design and planning the contral.
