摘 要:从探讨高效节水灌溉的影响因素出发,筛选出高效节水灌溉效应评价指标体系的群体指标,建立了多层次高效节水灌溉效应评价指标体系;以模糊评价法为基础,综合运用专家评价法、Delphi法、层次分析法等,建立高效节水灌溉专家决策层次模糊综合评价模型;并以河北省永清县为例进行实际评价与验证,以期为区域农业高效用水和节水管理提供技术支撑。This article starts from exploring the influencing factors of high-efficiency water-saving irrigation,screens out the group indicators of the high-efficiency water-saving irrigation effect evaluation index system,and establishes a multi-level high-efficiency water-saving irrigation effect evaluation index system.Based on fuzzy evaluation method,comprehensive use of expert evaluation method,Delphi method,analytic hierarchy process,etc.,establish a hierarchical fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of expert decision-making for efficient water-saving irrigation.And this paper takes Yongqing County of Hebei Province as an example to carry out actual evaluation and verification,in order to provide technical support for regional agricultural high-efficiency water and water-saving management.
