摘 要:高温下钢框架力学特征的研究是目前研究的热点之一。通过有限元模拟软件对H型截面钢框架进行分析,介绍了热力耦合作用下的钢框架结构挠曲变形的破坏模式、对两层两跨H型截面钢框架结构的变形与位移的模拟结果进行深入的研究,包括结构各梁柱在不同温度场、结构场、耦合场下的挠曲效应,在热力耦合作用下梁柱的挠度与轴向变形重新分配与变化,在不同受火位置下的两层两跨H型截面钢框架的挠曲效应的对比分析。研究表明:随着温度不断上涨,两层两跨H型截面钢框架各框架梁的挠度呈现先增大后减小的趋势,结构轴向变形不断增大,各框架柱的挠度呈现不断上涨的趋势,结构轴向变形不断增大,各梁柱挠度与轴向变形重新分配明显,工况一比工况二的挠曲效应变化大,说明两层两跨H型截面钢框架在全截面受火情况下挠曲效应更好。研究成果可为热力耦合作用下的钢框架加固修复提供参考价值。The research on the mechanical characteristics of steel frame under high temperature is one of the hot spots at present.In this paper,the finite element simulation software is used to analyze the H-section steel frame.The failure mode of the steel frame structure under the thermal mechanical coupling effect is introduced.The simulation results of the deformation and displacement of the two-story two span H-section steel frame structure are deeply studied,including the bending effect of each beam column under different temperature field,structure field and coupling field,and the thermal coupling effect Based on the redistribution and change of deflection and axial deformation of beams and columns,the comparative analysis of the deflection effect of two-story two span H-section steel frame under different fire positions shows that with the rising of temperature,the deflection of each frame beam of two-story two span H-section steel frame increases first and then decreases,the axial deformation of the structure increases continuously,and the deflection of each frame column does not With the increasing trend of fracture,the axial deformation of the structure is increasing,and the redistribution of deflection and axial deformation of beams and columns is obvious.The change of deflection effect in condition I is greater than that in condition II,which shows that the deflection effect of two-story two span H-section steel frame is better under the condition of full section fire.The research results can provide reference value for the reinforcement and repair of steel frame under thermal mechanical coupling.
