摘　　要：高等院校是培养高素质人才的重要基地,我国现阶段正朝着工业化强国奋进,各高等院校也随之加强了对机械类专业人才的培养。机械类专业作为理工科的重要专业,各地方高等院校在人才的培养方面应跟紧时代的步伐,积极响应当下所提倡的新工科建设。要深入理解新工科背景下工程教育的新理念,探索新培养模式,继续推进工程教育改革。本文以安阳工学院采用OBE教育理念进行机械类人才培养为例,对新工科背景下培养机械类专业技术人才的模式进行分析与探究。Colleges and universities are important bases for training high-quality talent.At present,China is advancing toward a strong industrialized country,and colleges and universities have strengthened the training of mechanical professionals accordingly.Mechanical engineering is an important major in science and engineering.Local colleges and universities should keep pace with the times in training talent in the field by actively responding to the currently advocated construction of"new engineering."It is necessary to deepen the understanding of the new concept of engineering education in the context of new engineering,explore new training models,and continue to promote engineering education reform.Using the example of Henan Anyang Institute of Technology adopting the OBE(Outcomes-based Education)education concept to train mechanical talent,in this paper the mode of training mechanical professional technical talent in the context of new engineering is analyzed and explored.
