摘  要:采用5,5-二甲基乙内酰脲体系在黄铜及不锈钢基体上沉积厚度为6μm左右的银镀层,镀液组成和工艺条件为:硝酸银25 g/L,5,5-二甲基乙内酰脲80 g/L,烟酰胺60g/L,碳酸钾40g/L,复合光亮剂(包含2-巯基苯骈噻唑、1,4-丁炔二醇和十二烷基硫酸钠)2 mL/L,pH 10.5,温度60℃,电流密度0.2~1.2 A/dm^(2)。研究了电流密度对黄铜基体上银镀层外观、光泽、微观形貌和耐蚀性的影响,以及电流密度对不锈钢基体上银镀层结合力的影响。结果表明,电流密度主要影响镀层的外观和微观形貌,对镀层耐蚀性和结合力的影响不大。电流密度为0.6~1.0 A/dm^(2)时得到的银镀层均匀光亮,结晶致密。Silver coatings with a thickness of ca.6μm were electroplated on brass and stainless steel in a bath comprising25 g/L AgNO_(3),80 g/L 5,5-dimethylhydantoin,60 g/L nicotinamide,40 g/L potassium carbonate,and 2 mL/L composite brightener(containing 2-mercaptobenzothiazole,1,4-butaneol,and sodium dodecyl sulfate)at pH 10.5,temperature 60℃,and current density 0.1-1.2 A/dm2.The effect of current density on the appearance,gloss,surface morphology,and corrosion resistance of silver coating on brass,as well as the adhesion of silver coating on stainless steel was studied.The results showed that current density greatly affects the appearance and microscopic morphology of silver coating,while has little impact on the corrosion resistance and adhesion of silver coating.The silver coating electroplated within the current density range from 0.6 A/dm^(2) to 1.0 A/dm^(2) was uniform and bright,and had a compact crystalline structure.
