摘　　要：近年来,口服小分子促性腺激素释放激素(GnRH)受体拮抗药作为子宫内膜异位症(EMs)的新型治疗药物,逐渐成为研发热点。本文根据国内外公开发表的文献,结合审评工作实践,介绍了EMs新型治疗药物的研发和评价考虑,拟为有关药物的开发评价提供参考。Gonadotropin-releasing hormone antagonists has became a research focus in drug development for endometriosis(EMs) currently. The present review introduced the research and evaluation of novel therapeutic drugs for emsbased on the published literature from the websites, providing a reference for development of the related pharmaceuticals.
