农村高价彩礼的现实风险及防范机制研究

摘　　要：农村高价彩礼引起的"因婚致贫"现象频出,对个人、家庭、社会及乡村文明建设都产生了不利影响,高价彩礼成为许多家庭致贫、返贫的重要原因。分析彩礼的历史、现状,发现农村高价彩礼主要带来五大风险:家庭关系风险、经济发展风险、社会稳定风险、返贫风险、养老风险。健全制度体系,培育文明乡风,控制男女比例,缩小城乡差距,扭转重男轻女观念等,有助于解决高价彩礼问题,降低风险发生。The phenomenon of"poverty due to marriage"caused by high price betrothal gifts in rural areas occurs frequently,which has a negative impact on individuals,families,society and rural civilization construction.High price betrothal gifts have become an important reason for many families to become poor and return to poverty.By analyzing the history and current situation of betrothal gifts,it is found that high price betrothal gifts in rural areas mainly bring five risks:family relationship risk,economic development risk,social stability risk,poverty return risk and pension risk.It is helpful to solve the problem of high price betrothal gifts and reduce the risk by improving the system,cultivating civilized rural style,controlling the proportion of men and women,narrowing the gap between urban and rural areas,and reversing the concept of son preference.
