金融科技支持众创空间融资研究——基于生命周期视角

摘　　要：在金融科技迅速发展的背景下,分析我国众创空间发展的现状及融资困境,从促进作用和抑制作用两个角度探讨金融科技对众创空间融资影响的内在机制,基于生命周期视角剖析传统融资模式,并针对众创空间融资设计创新方案。研究显示:我国众创空间整体发展较好,但存在融资困难;大数据、云计算、人工智能与区块链有助于众创空间融资,但须防范风险;众创空间各生命周期的风险与融资策略存在不同特点;基于金融科技,针对众创空间从宏观上设计共享金融服务平台,从微观上打造区块链票据融资体系。Under the background of the rapid development of financial technology,this paper analyzes the current situation and financing dilemma of the development of public entrepreneurship space in China,and analyzes the internal mechanism of influence of financial technology on the financing of the public entrepreneurship space from the perspective of promoting and inhibiting effects.Based on the perspective of life cycle,this paper analyzes the traditional financing mode,and designs innovative schemes for the public entrepreneurship space financing.The results show that:the overall development of China’s public entrepreneurship space is good,however,there are financing difficulties;Big data,cloud computing,artificial intelligence and block chain are conducive to public entrepreneurship space financing,but risks must be prevented;In each life cycle of public entrepreneurship space,risk and financing strategy have different characteristics;Based on financial technology technology,a shared financial service platform is designed for public entrepreneurship space from the macro perspective,a block chain bill financing system is designed for public entrepreneurship space from the micro perspective.
