城市房产对农村青年幸福感的影响研究——基于CGSS2017数据的实证分析

摘　　要：为研究农村青年有无城市房产对幸福感的影响,基于CGSS2017数据,运用有序Logit模型对2469名农村青年的问卷调查进行回归分析。结果显示:拥有城市房产的农村青年幸福感水平更高;健康状况、学历、婚姻状况和家庭经济与幸福感成正相关,而年龄与幸福感呈反相关,年龄越小幸福感水平越高;地区差异对农村青年的幸福感没有显著影响。根据我国当前经济环境,政府要提高农村青年的幸福感水平,应有针对性地从为农村青年解决城市住房问题等方面进行政策介入与资源支持。In order to study the impact of urban real estate on well-being of rural youth,based on CGSS2017 data,an Ordered Logit model was used to regression analysis of 2469 rural youth questionnaires.The results showed that rural youth with urban properties have higher levels of happiness,and that health status,education,marriage status and family economic were positively related to happiness,while age was inversely related to happiness,and the lower the level of happiness,the greater the happiness level of rural youth.Regional differences have no significant impact on the well-being of rural youth According to china’s current economic environment,the government should improve the level of happiness of rural youth,should be targeted from the rural youth to solve urban housing problems and other aspects of policy intervention and resource support.
