双一流建设背景下高校研究生党建的困境与原因

摘　　要：双一流建设对高校研究生党建提出更高的新要求。双一流建设背景下高校研究生党建机制创新是新时期培养优秀研究生人才,提高研究生思想道德素质和政治素质,全面践行社会主义核心价值观的需要。推进高校研究生党建创新也是双一流建设的重要环节,是高素质人才培养的重要组成部分。结合南京高校的研究生党员问卷调查,从现状看研究生党建存在七大困境:学院层面研究生党建思想弱化,研究生党员流动化、分散化,管理主体单一化。党建活动形式化。党建管理制度不健全。研究生新生入党瓶颈化。激励评价机制不健全。其原因分析,可以从社会、高校和研究生个人三个层面归因,社会层面,市场经济、全球化、网络化背景下不良社会思潮的影响是主要原因。高校在研究生党建理念、创新机制滞后是又一重要原因。研究生自我原因是研究生党建困境的重要内因。The double-class construction puts forward higher new requirements for the party building of graduate students in colleges and universities.To promote the Party building innovation of graduate students in colleges and universities is also an important link of double-class construction and an important part of the cultivation of high-quality talents.According to the questionnaire survey of graduate party members in Nanjing’s universities,there are seven difficulties in the party building of graduate students from the present situation.The reason analysis can be attributed from three levels:society,university and graduate students.At the social level,the influence of bad social trend of thought under the background of market economy,globalization and networking is the main reason.University in graduate student party building idea,innovation mechanism lags behind is another important reason.The graduate student self-cause is the important internal cause.
