新时代高校社团党支部服务育人效应的探索与实践

摘　　要：新时代高校社团建立党支部有利于推进高校党建工作,发挥社团"第二课堂"的实践育人作用;但是通过调研发现目前高校社团党支部建设存在一些问题,如高校重视程度不够、高校社团成员对党支部的党建活动的认同感较弱、党支部的党员先锋模范作用的发挥有待加强;高校党委要加强对社团党支部建设的重视程度以及政策落实,社团党支部也要充分发挥自身优势,通过创新宣传教育方式方法,来强化意识形态引领,共同推进高校社团党支部建设创新发展。The establishment of party branches of associations in universities in the new era is conducive to further promoting party building in universities and giving full play to the practical and educating role of associations in the"second class".However,through research,it is foundthat there are some problems in the construction of party branches of associations in universities at present,such as insufficient attention in universities,the weak sense of recognition of members of associations in party building activities in universities,and the vanguard and exemplary role of party members in party branches needs to be strengthened.Party committees in universities shouldstrengthen the importance attached to the construction of party branches of associations and policy implementation.Party branches of associations should also give full play to their own advantages,strengthen ideological leadership through innovative propaganda and education methods,promote the construction and development of party branches of associations in universities.
