摘 要:向聚醚砜(PES)铸膜液中添加无机氯化锂(LiCl)颗粒,通过相转化法制备PES膜,考察LiCl含量对PES膜过滤性能和污染行为的影响,分析污染物过滤堵塞模型。结果表明,LiCl的添加质量分数为5%时,PES膜孔径增大80%,水通量增加了3倍;LiCl并没有削弱PES膜对牛血清蛋白的截留效果,其截留率高达97%。而且,5%氯化锂的添加使PES膜污染指数和污染液比阻降低了82%以上,PES膜的抗污染能力显著提升。LiCl对PES膜的污染机制无明显影响,模拟污染物对PES膜的污染机制以标准堵塞为主。Inorganic lithium chloride(LiCl)particles were added to polyethersulfone(PES)casting solution,and PES membrane was prepared by phase inversion method.Effect of LiCl content on the filtration performance and fouling behavior of the PES membrane was investigated and the pollutant filter clogging model was analyzed.The results showed that,when the added mass fraction of LiCl was 5%,the pore size of PES membrane was increased by 80%and its flux was increased by 3 times.LiCl did not weaken the retention effect of PES membrane on bovine serum albumin,and its retention rate was as high as 97%.Moreover,the addition of 5%LiCl reduced the PES membrane fouling index and the specific resistance of the contaminated liquid by more than 82%,which meant that the antifouling properties of the PES membrane was significantly improved.LiCl had no obvious influence on the pollution mechanism of PES membrane,the pollution mechanism of simulated pollutants on PES membrane was mainly blocked by standard model.
