摘  要:使用酸改性无机矿物蒙脱石絮凝剂(MTSF)对进入主干河流的河道排污废水进行预处理,并且与传统絮凝剂聚合氯化铝(PAC)进行对比,研究了不同投加量下絮凝剂对排污水的絮凝除污效果和沉降性能的影响。结果表明,MTSF对排污废水中浊度、SS、TP、COD以及NH_(4)^(+)-N的去除率分别为75.4%、52.0%、97.5%、71.4%和10.1%,出水优于预处理排放标准;在C-PAM协同作用下,即使MTSF投加量减少一半,C-PAM的投加量只有4 mg/L,絮凝除污效果仍然很好,上清液的浊度、COD和SS、TP的质量浓度分别可达7.2 NTU、67.0 mg/L和7.3、0.48 mg/L;形成的絮体矾花更大、沉降速度更快、体积小,更加便于分离。无生物毒性的MTSF与C-PAM组合的絮凝效果,比传统絮凝剂PAC具有更快的沉降速度和极少的絮体体积,应用前景广阔。An acid-modified inorganic mineral montmorillonite flocculant(MTSF)was used to pretreat the river sewage discharged into the main river,and compared with the traditional flocculant polyaluminum chloride(PAC),the effect of flocculant dosage on the flocculation and sedimentation of sewage discharge was studied.The results showed that,the removal rates of turbidity,SS,TP,COD and NH_(4)^(+)-N in sewage by MTSF were 75.4%,52.0%,97.5%,71.4% and 10.1%,respectively,the effluent was better than the discharge standard of pretreatment.Under the synergistic action of C-PAM,even if MTSF dosage was reduced by half,the dosage of C-PAM was only 4 mg/L,and the flocculation and pollution removal effect was still very good.The turbidity,COD,mass concentration of SS and TP of supernatant could reach 7.2 NTU,7.3 mg/L,67.0 mg/L and 0.48 mg/L,respectively.The formation of floc alum was larger,the sedimentation rate was faster,the volume was smaller,and the separation was easier.The non-biotoxic MTSF combined with C-PAM had a faster sedimentation rate and a smaller floc volume than traditional flocculant PAC,which has a broad application prospect.
