摘  要:目的:观察"冬病夏治"穴位液氮冷冻治疗慢性呼吸系统疾病的疗效。方法:选取400例患者,经穴位液氮冷冻治疗,观察疗效。当年冬天未发病或发作明显减少,症状明显减轻视为显效;发作减少、症状减轻或发作较先前容易得到控制视为有效;治疗后症状、体征明显无改善,视为无效。结果:治疗后发病症状、程度明显有好转,确有疗效,且连续治疗时间越长,疗效越好。结论:"冬病夏治"穴位液氮冷冻治疗慢性呼吸系统疾病疗效确切,其作用机理有待系统研究。Objective:To clinical observation on 400 cases of chronic respiratory diseases treated by"Winter Disease and Summer Treatment"acupoint liquid nitrogen cryotherapy.Methods:"400 patients with winter diseases were selected and treated by liquid nitrogen freezing at acupoints to observe the curative effect.Those who did not suffer from winter diseases or suffered from obvious reduction in attack in that year,and whose symptoms were obviously relieved,were regarded as markedly effective.The reduction of attacks,the alleviation of symptoms or the occurrence of attacks that can be easily controlled before are regarded as effective.Symptoms and signs are obviously not improved before and after treatment,which is regarded as invalid.Clinical observation on 400 cases of chronic respiratory diseases treated by liquid nitrogen cryotherapy at"Xia Zhi"Acupoints.Results:After treatment,the symptoms and degree of onset of the disease are obviously improved,and there is indeed a curative effect,and the longer the continuous treatment time is,the better the curative effect is.Conclusion:"Treating Winter Diseases in Summer"acupoint liquid nitrogen cryotherapy has definite curative effect on chronic respiratory diseases,and its mechanism needs further systematic study.
