普济消毒饮加减联合西药治疗三叉神经带状疱疹临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察普济消毒饮加减联合阿昔洛韦、维生素B1、B12治疗肝经郁热型三叉神经带状疱疹的临床疗效。方法:将43例三叉神经根带状疱疹患者随机分为对照组(22例)和中药治疗组(21例),对照组采用阿昔洛韦、维生素B1、B12治疗,中药治疗组在对照组基础上予普济消毒饮加减内服,治疗14 d。结果:治疗14 d后,在视觉模拟评分、止疱时间、止痛时间、结痂时间、平均治愈时间及临床疗效方面比较,中药治疗组均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:普济消毒饮加减联合阿昔洛韦、维生素B1、B12治疗肝经郁热型三叉神经带状疱疹,疗效优于单纯西药治疗。Objective:To observe the clinical effects of modified Puji Xiaodu decoction combined with acyclovir for injection,Vitamin B1 and Vitamin B12 on herpes zoster of the trigeminal nerve of TCM Syndrome of Heat stagnated in liver meridian. Methods:43 patients with herpes zoster of the trigeminal nerve of TCM syndrome of Heat stagnated in liver meridian were randomly divided into control groups with22 cases and treatment groups with 21 cases.Based on the conventional Western Medicine treatment,the Chinese medicine treatment group were given modified Puji Xiaodu decoction,while the control group received acyclovir for injection,Vitamin B1 and Vitamin B12.All the patients were treated for 14 days. Results:After 14 days of treatment,the total effective rate of Chinese medicine treatment group was significantly higher than that of control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05). The comparation on visual analogue scale,the time of ceasing new blister and incrustation,the analgesic time and average cure time in Chinese medicine treatment groupwas significantly lower than those in control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05). Conclusion:The modified Puji Xiaodu decoction combined with acyclovir for injection,Vitamin B1 and Vitamin B12 is clinical effective in treating herpes zoster of the trigeminal nerve of TCM Syndrome of heat stagnated in liver meridianand is superior to conventional Western Medicine treatment.
