加减六君子汤治疗肺炎喘嗽肺脾气虚证的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察加减六君子汤治疗肺炎喘嗽肺脾气虚证的临床疗效。方法:选择在河北省中医院儿科住院治疗并符合研究标准的患儿84例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组42例。治疗组予加减六君子汤治疗,对照组予抗生素治疗。两组治疗5 d后进行疗效判定。结果:组内比较,治疗组与对照组治疗后主症、体征及次症症状积分均下降(P<0.05);组间比较,治疗组在主症、体征及次症的饮食、汗出症状积分均优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗结束后,治疗组痊愈13例、显效14例、有效13例、无效1例,总有效率为97.6%(40/41);对照组痊愈5例、显效7例、有效21例、无效8例,总有效率为80.5%(33/41)。结论:加减六君子汤治疗肺炎喘嗽肺脾气虚证疗效显著,在改善症状方面具有优势。Objective:Its purpose is to observe the clinical effect of Added Liujunzi decoction on treating pneumonia with asthma,cough,lung and spleen qi deficiency syndrome.Methods:Eighty-four children hospitalized in the pediatric department of Hebei Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine who met the research criteria were selected. They were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group. The treatment group was treateda with Added Liujunzi decoction. The control group was treated with antibiotic for suspension. There were 42 patients in each group. After 5 days of treatment,the two groups of children were evaluated for efficacy. Results:For the comparison between the two groups after treatment,the scores of main symptoms,signs and secondary symptoms in the treatment group and the control group decreased(P<0.05). For the comparison between the two groups,compared with the control group,the treatment group has better scores in the main symptoms,signs and secondary symptoms of diet and sweating symptoms(P<0.05). After the treatment,13 patients in the treatment group were cured. There were 14 patients who showed marked effect. There were 13 effective patients. There was one invalid patient. The total effective rate was 97.6%(40/41). In the control group,5 patients were cured.There were 7 patients who showed marked effect. There were 21 effective patients. There were 8 invalid patients. The total effective rate was 80.5%(33/41). Conclusion:Added Liujunzi decoction is better than antibiitic for suspension on the treatment of pneumonia with asthma,cough,lung and spleen qi deficiency. It has certain advantages in improving symptoms.
