摘　　要：蛋白尿是各类肾小球疾病的典型表现,同时也能加重肾脏病理损害,既是治疗的重点也是难点。詹华奎教授认为其中医核心病机为脾肾两虚、风瘀互患,临床运用补脾肾活血祛风法治疗,效果显著。笔者将詹教授从虚-瘀-风论治肾炎蛋白尿经验进行介绍。Proteinuria,which is the symbole clinical mamifestation of glomerular diseases,could make the pathological damage of kidney worse,so it is the key treatment object,but also full of difficulty. Professor HuaKui Zhan considers the deficiency of spleen and kideny,combination of wind and blood stasis and stagnation as the pathological mechanism. Besides,much clinical effects have been achieved by reinforcing spleen and kidney,invigorating the circulation of blood,dispelling wind. Here the writer introduces efficient experience of professor Zhan that treating the proteinuria in glomerulonephritis from the perspective of tonifying deficiency,invigorating the circulation of blood,dispelling wind.
