摘　　要：溃疡性结肠炎是消化系统难治病,致病因素多样,脑肠轴学说的提出为治疗功能性胃肠病提供了新的思路,但对通过脑肠轴论治溃疡性结肠炎的研究仍然较少,本文从脑肠轴学说出发,探讨溃疡性结肠炎机理,以期将现代理念与祖国传统医学相结合,促进中医药的现代化。Ulcerative colitis is a refractory disease of digestive system. Its pathogenic factors are various. The theory of brain gut axis provides new ideas for the treatment of functional gastrointestinal diseases. However,there are few researches on the treatment of ulcerative colitis by brain gut axis. This paper,based on the theory of brain gut axis,discusses the mechanism of ulcerative colitis,in order to combine modern concepts with traditional Chinese medicine and promote traditional Chinese medicine the development of modernization.
