摘 要:基于我国规范标准的两级鉴定方法及以"小震不坏"为单一目标的传统抗震加固为基础,总结得到基于性能的减震加固、隔震加固方法,给出既有建筑结构抗震性能评估方法及相关可量化指标、设计流程、关键技术等。经过分析得出,基于性能的减震加固、隔震加固技术相比传统抗震加固技术可实现更高的性能目标且具有比较明显的经济优势,在既有医疗建筑、防灾减灾建筑、学校等生命线工程的抗震性能提升中有着广泛应用前景。Based on the two grade appraisal methods and the traditional seismic strengthening with "small earthquake is not destroyed" as single objective according to Chinese codes and standards, the methods of energy dissipation reinforcement and seismic isolation reinforcement based on performance were summarized, the assessment methods of seismic performance of existing buildings and the relevant quantifiable indexes, design procedures, key technologies and so on were given. Evidence from numerical analysis makes it clear that the performance-based technologies of energy dissipation reinforcement and seismic isolation reinforcement which can achieve higher performance goals and has apparent economic advantages compared with the traditional seismic reinforcement technology. There are broad application prospect in the seismic performance improvement of lifeline projects, such as existing medical buildings, disaster prevention and reduction buildings,schools and so on.
