摘 要:我国现行《建筑抗震鉴定标准》(GB 50023-2009)规定,混凝土砌块类房屋的横墙间距及宽度限值为普通粘土砖房屋的限值乘以相应的修正系数,然而,房屋的横墙间距及宽度限值与材料强度、楼层重力荷载代表值等参数之间并非简单的线性关系,故《建筑抗震鉴定标准》(GB 50023-2009)中规定的算法有一定的不合理性。根据结构力学原理,推导出砌块类房屋横墙间距及宽度限值的计算方法,并与规范算法进行对比分析,提出不同墙体类别及砂浆强度的合理修正系数。The current code for "Standard for seismic appraisal of buildings"(GB 50023-2009) stipulates that, cross wall spacing and width limit of the horizontal walls of concrete block buildings are the limits of ordinary clay brick houses multiplied by the corresponding correction coefficient. However, there is not a simple linear relationship between cross wall spacing and width limits of the horizontal walls of buildings and the material strength, representative value of the floor gravity load and other parameters. Therefore, the algorithm specified in the "Building seismic appraisal standard"(GB 50023-2009) is unreasonable. According to the principle of structural dynamics, the calculation method of cross wall spacing and width limit of the horizontal wall of the block building was derived, and compared with the standard algorithm, reasonable correction coefficients for different wall types and mortar strength were proposed.
