摘  要:2型糖尿病发病率逐年攀升,给社会、家庭和个人都带来巨大负担。大量临床研究表明,耳针对高血糖状态具有明显的改善作用,且具有方便、简捷、利于操作等优势。由于2型糖尿病的发生与褪黑素的低水平密切相关,本文试图从褪黑素及其受体的角度进一步揭示耳甲电针降糖效应机制,为临床治疗糖尿病提供科学依据。The incidence of type 2 diabetes is increasing year by year, placing a huge burden on society, families and individuals. A large number of clinical studies have shown that electro-acupuncture on auricular region has a significant improvement effect on hyperglycemia, which has the advantages of convenience, simplicity and convenience for operation. Because the occurrence of type 2 diabetes is closely related to low level of melatonin, this study attempts to further reveal the hypoglycemic effect mechanism of electro-acupuncture on auricular region from the perspective of melatonin and its receptor, so as to provide a scientific basis for clinical treatment of type 2 diabetes.
