摘　　要：新型冠状病毒传染性强,人群普遍易感,已成为全世界关注的突发公共卫生事件。笔者在定点医院诊治过程中,发现新冠肺炎并肝炎患者病情顽固,病程较长,核酸检测持续阳性,难以转阴的特点,通过2例新冠肺炎并肝炎患者的临床验案,得出一点体会,可以尝试"从气郁论治"。COVID-19 is highly infectious and susceptible to widespread infection. It has become a public health emergency of worldwide concern. In the process of diagnosis and treatment in a designated hospital, the author found that COVID-19 patients with hepatitis had the characteristics of intractable nucleic acid test positive. By analyzing two proven cases of COVID-19 patients with hepatitis, we can get some experience and know more about"treating from qi depression".
