摘　　要：目的基于社团分析的方法,挖掘中医治疗原发性肝癌的经验。方法收集中国期刊全文数据库、维普中文科技期刊全文数据库、万方数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库自建库至2017年7月30日的名家医案集和名医工作室的医案数据,对数据进行规范化处理后,利用古今医案云平台V2.2.1的社团分析方法,得到中医证型与中药之间的联系规律。结果纳入肝癌医案数据273条,涉及中药322味,总用药频次2776次,中医证型和中药共341条样本记录,分为4个社团,归纳为湿热蕴结证、肝肾阴虚证、瘀毒内结证、气滞血瘀证、肝郁脾虚证5个证型。常用药物有茯苓、柴胡、白术、白芍、黄芪、半枝莲、白花蛇舌草、党参、甘草、山药、枸杞子等。结论社团分析有助于挖掘原发性肝癌的辨治经验,在临床实践过程中,应从整体辨证施治,注意多种药物的配伍使用,该分析方法对于指导临床及传承中医经验有一定的意义。Objective To explore the experience of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) in the treatment of primary liver cancer based on the method of community analysis. Methods The data of medical cases of famous TCM doctors and studios were retrieved from several databases, including China Academic Journals Full-text Database(also known as CNKI), VIP Chinese Science and Technology Periodicals Full-Text Database, Wanfang Database, and China Biomedical Literature Database, from the establishment of the database to July 30, 2017. After standardized processing of the data,the association analysis method of ancient and modern medical case cloud platform V2.2.1 was used to obtain the relation and regulation between TCM syndromes and medicinals. Results A total of 273 medical records of liver cancer were included, involving 322 medicinals with 2776 times of usage. A total of 341 samples of TCM syndromes and medicinals were recorded, which were divided into 4 associations, involving 5 syndromes: damp-heat accumulation,liver-kidney yin deficiencye, internal binding of static blood and poison, qi stagnation and blood stasis, liver constraint and spleen deficiency. Commonly used medicinals included Poria, Radix Bupleuri, Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae,Radix Paeoniae Alba, Radix Astragali seu Hedysari, Herba Scutellariae Barbatae, Herba Hedyotis, Radix Codonopsis,Radix Glycyrrhizae, Rhizoma Dioscoreae, Fructus Lycii, etc. Conclusion Community analysis is attributed to explore the experience of differentiation and treatment of primary liver cancer. In the process of clinical practice, we should treat primary liver cancer as a whole, and pay attention to the use of a variety of drugs. This analysis method has a certain significance for guiding clinical practice and inheriting the experience of traditional Chinese medicine.
