摘　　要：目的运用Meta分析方法对益气活血法治疗气虚血瘀型特发性肺纤维化的临床疗效进行评估。方法检索CNKI、维普、万方三大数据库,筛选符合纳入标准的文献,使用RevMan 5.3软件进行统计学分析。结果共纳入文献13篇,共计690例患者。通过系统分析,益气活血法试验组总有效率高于对照组,并且能明显改善咳嗽、喘息、胸闷、气短等症状,能够提高PaO2,增强肺功能,提高6 min步行距离,降低不良反应发生率。漏斗图提示本结果具有可信性。结论益气活血法治疗气虚血瘀型特发性肺纤维化有较好的疗效,临床有效率优于对照组。Objective To evaluate clinical efficacy of benefiting qi for activating blood circulation method in treatment of idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis(IPF)of qi deficiency and blood stasis type by using meta-analysis.Methods Three major databases of CNKI,VIP and Wanfang were searched,and literatures that met inclusion criteria were screened out.Statistical analysis was performed by using RevMan 5.3 software.Results A total of 13 literatures were included,with 690 patients included.Through systematic analysis,the total effective rate in the trial group treated with the method of benefiting qi for activating blood circulation was higher than that in the control group,and it could significantly improve symptoms like coughing,wheezing,chest tightness and shortness of breath,increase PaO2,strengthen lung function,increase 6 min walking distance,and decrease incidence of adverse reactions.The funnel plot suggests that the results are credible.Conclusion The treatment for qi deficiency and blood stasis type IPF based on the method of benefiting qi for activating blood circulation has better efficacy,and the clinical effective rate is higher than that in the control group.
