摘　　要：中药有效治疗慢性胃炎是建立在中医诊断明确的基础上,而舌诊对于慢性胃炎的中医诊断具有重要作用。以往基于研究者肉眼观察的慢性胃炎舌诊研究缺乏客观性,研究结果的精确度和重复性较差。因此,随着现代科学技术的日新月异,慢性胃炎舌诊客观化研究越来越被人们所重视。近年来,慢性胃炎舌诊客观化研究主要从患者的舌图信息特征和舌苔物质组分两方面进行分析。本文对这两方面近10余年的研究现状进行概述,指出了目前研究的不足,并提出了未来开展慢性胃炎舌诊客观化研究的方向和策略。The effective treatment of chronic gastritis with Chinese materia medica is based on the clear diagnosis of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM). And tongue diagnosis plays an important role in TCM diagnosis of chronic gastritis.Previous studies on tongue diagnosis of chronic gastritis based on the visual observation of researchers lacked objectivity,while the accuracy and repeatability of the results were poor. Therefore, with the rapid development of modern science and technology, objectivity of tongue diagnosis in chronic gastritis has been laid increased emphasis on by researchers.In recent years, researches in this regard were mainly carried out from two aspects: information characteristics of tongue image and components of tongue coating in patients. This paper summarized the research status of these two aspects in the past decade, pointed out the deficiency of current research, and put forward the direction and strategy of the research on objectivity of tongue diagnosis in chronic gastritis in the future.
