摘  要:苏里格南作业分公司作业二区本着低成本改造的原则,以现有井口设备为主,通过升级改造井口节流针阀,增加动力传动机构与远程控制设备,实现传动机构与井口针阀联动。结合国内外自控装置调研,对智能仿真开关井装置的机械传动及控制系统进行测试,解决了24 V弱电作为动力电的制作难点,设置了过流、扭矩、压力瞬时3级保护机制,根据井口设备传动原理进行受力分析并明确了磨损耗时,结合气井生产动态详细对比分析了在用生产模式。研究表明:智能仿真开关井装置提升了全区气井精细管理程度并大幅降低了人员劳动强度。According to the principle of low-cost reconstruction,based on the existing wellhead equipment,the linkage between the transmission mechanism and the wellhead needle valve is realized through upgrading and transforming the wellhead throttle needle valve and adding power transmission mechanism and remote control equipment.Through the investigation of automatic control device at home and abroad,the mechanical transmission and control system of intelligent simulation well opening/closing device are designed and tested,and the difficulty of 24 V weak current as the power electricity of the device is solved.The device has three-level instanta⁃neous protection mechanism of flow rate,torque and pressure.The force analysis of the device is carried out according to the transmis⁃sion principle of wellhead equipment,and the wear time is obtained.The in-service production mode is analyzed according to the pro⁃duction performance of gas wells.The research shows that the intelligent simulation well opening/closing device improves the fine man⁃agement degree of gas wells in the whole area and greatly reduces the labor intensity of personnel.
