生态学视野下的民间戏班可持续发展探析--以盐城地区淮剧民间戏班为例

摘　　要：民间戏班是我国传统戏曲文化传承的重要力量,但其生存状况堪忧。盐城地区淮剧戏班是我国民间戏班的一个缩影,对其进行文献梳理和田野考察,并结合新时代“乡村振兴”战略背景进行的生态学分析,可以昭示民间戏班可持续发展的一般规律:从自然生态看,地方政府应重视文化景观顶层设计,城乡建设要为传统文化发展预留空间;从社会生态看,戏班要重视社会效益,坚持社会主义文艺方针;从经济生态看,戏班要选择规模小、成本低的剧本进行创演,政府应建立扶持民间戏班发展的长效机制;从文化生态看,戏班要回应时代文化诉求,创新发展。Folk troupes are important for the inheritance of traditional Chinese opera culture,but their survival status is worrying.Huai opera folk troupes in Yancheng area are miniatures of the folk troupes in China.Therefore,through their literature combing and field investigation combined with the background of the Rural Revitalization Strategy in the new era,the ecological analysis reveals the general law of the folk troupes’sustainable development.From the per­spective of natural ecology,local government should pay attention to the top-level design of cultural landscape and ur­ban-rural construction should reserve space for the development of traditional culture.From the perspective of social ecology,troupes should attach importance to social benefits and adhere to the socialist literary and artistic policies.From the perspective of economic ecology,folk troupes should use scripts with the economy of scale and low cost.What’s more,the government should establish a long-term mechanism to support the development of folk troupes.From the perspective of cultural ecology,troupes should respond to the cultural demands of the times to develop and innovate.
