摘  要:为解决水体中铜离子污染以及硼泥资源化利用的问题,文章采用硼泥处理含铜酸性废水。通过控制不同反应条件进行单因素实验,观察投加量、溶液p H、反应时间以及转速对含Cu^(2+)废水的处理效果和变化规律。结果表明:硼泥对Cu^(2+)的去除率随投加量、溶液p H、反应时间、转速的升高而增大。通过正交实验可确定处理体积为100 mL,Cu^(2+)浓度为200 mg/L的水样,最佳反应条件是投加0.45 g硼泥,调节p H为6,在200 r/min、25℃的条件下振荡180 min,去除率可达98.43%。硼泥对Cu^(2+)的等温吸附符合Freundlich模型,吸附动力学符合准二级动力学模型。利用硼泥处理含铜酸性废水可实现固废资源化利用,值得深入推广研究。A laboratory experiment was conducted using boron mud to treat copper-containing acid wastewater for the purpose of addressing the problem of water pollution by copper ion,and meantime realizing resource utilization of boron mud.So the single-factor test was carried out through controlling different reaction conditions such as boron-mud addition amount,solution pH,reaction time and rotating speed,to investigate Cu^(2+)containing wastewater treatment focusing on the Cu^(2+)removal effect and the changes law.The results showed that the removal rate of Cu^(2+)grew with the increase of boron-mud addition amount,raising of pH value,longer reaction time and faster rotating speed;and optimized condition was determined through the orthogonal experiment with the water samples volume of 100 mL and Cu^(2+)concentration of200 mg/L,which was addition of 0.45 g boron mud,solution pH 6,oscillating 180 min at 200 r/min and solution temperature 25℃,thus the removal rate can reach 98.43%.Furthermore,the isothermal adsorption of Cu^(2+)by boron mud fit the Freundlich model and the adsorption kinetics conformed to the quasi-second order kinetic model.In short,use of boron mud to treat copper-containing acid wastewater can realize the utilization of solid waste,which is worthy of further research.
