摘 要:为探讨3-吲哚乙酸(IAA)和鼠李糖脂(RH)对土壤多环芳烃(PAHs)植物修复技术的强化作用,文章选取紫花苜蓿作为供试植物,通过盆栽试验研究不同处理土壤PAHs的去除效果与修复机制。结果表明:随着培养的进行,所有处理土壤PAHs含量呈降低趋势,同时添加IAA和RH的处理(P+IAA+RH)在各采样期的土壤PAHs含量均显著低于对照(CK)和仅种植植物的处理(P);培养90 d后,P+IAA+RH处理的紫花苜蓿土壤PAHs去除率达到50.9%,显著高于其他处理(P<0.05)。施用IAA或RH均能够提高植物修复多环芳烃的富集系数(BCF)和转运系数(TF),其中,P+IAA+RH处理生物富集系数和转运系数最大,且仅添加RH的处理(P+RH)生物富集系数高于仅添加IAA的处理(P+IAA),而转运系数则相反。综合各项指标发现,外源物质IAA和RH可协同强化土壤PAHs的植物修复效果。To evaluate the effect of indole-3-acetic acid and rhamnolipid on phytoremediation of soil PAHs,alfalfa(Medicago sativa L.)was planted and pot experiment was conducted to study removal efficiency and repair mechanism of soil PAHs.Results showed that soil PAHs of all treatments decreased gradually as the experiment went on.Soil PAHs content of P+IAA+RH was significantly lower than CK and P treatments(P<0.05)at each sampling stage.After 90 days,removal rate of P+IAA+RH reached 50.9%,which was significantly higher than other treatments.Application of IAA or RH could increase bioconcentration factor(BCF)and translocation factor(TF)of phytoremediation of soil PAHs,while maximum value of BCF and TF both appeared at treatment P+IAA+RH.BCF of P+RH was higher than P+IAA,while TF showed the opposite trend.Above all,IAA and RH as exogenous substance could synergistically strengthen phytoremediation effect on PAHs contaminated soil.
