摘 要:《石油化工工厂布置设计规范》指出,人员集中场所与高毒气体泄漏源之间的防护距离可采用计算的方法,但国内现有规范并未给出计算结果的判定基准。本文分别采用基于后果的计算方法和基于风险的计算方法,并借助PHAST和SAFETI软件,对某石化厂制氢装置一氧化碳气体泄漏进行计算分析,计算结果与标准比较,对有毒气体泄漏安全距离的判定基准进行探讨。分析得到基于风险的界区内安全距离的判定基准,可根据企业自身的可接受风险为基准;基于后果的界区内安全距离判定基准,推荐选用大孔在ERPG-3的毒性域值下的计算结果。The“Petrochemical Plant Layout Design Code”points out that the calculation method can be used to calculate the protective distance between the people concentration place and the source of high toxic gas leakage,but the existing domestic codes do not give a judgement criterion for the calculation results.In this paper,a consequence-based calculation method and a risk-based calculation method are used to calculate and analyze the carbon monoxide gas leakage of a hydrogen production plant in a petrochemical plant with the help of PHAST and SAFETI software.The calculation results are compared with the standard,and the judgement criterion of the safe distance of toxic gas leakage is discussed.Based on the analysis,as for the safe distance judgment criterion within the battery limit based on the risk,it is recommended to be based on the enterprise’s own acceptable risk;as for the safe distance judgment criterion within the battery limit based on the consequence,it is recommended to use the calculation results of macropore under the ERPG-3 toxicity threshold.
