广东省金融包容时空间演化及城镇化效应

摘　　要：分别从金融包容的渗透维度、使用维度、效用维度和社会、经济、环境发展方面构建广东省金融包容和新型城镇化指标体系,借助ArcGIS空间分析模块对广东省金融包容时空演化特征进行分析,并利用空间回归模型对广东省金融包容发展的城镇化效应进行阐释,结果表明:①2002—2017年广东省金融包容发展阶段性特征明显,总体呈波动增长态势。②空间演化呈现"核心—边缘"格局,且扩散效应不断增强,区际差异有所缩小,空间正相关特征显著,珠三角高值集聚态势稳定。③金融包容的城镇化效应显著,金融包容对新型城镇化的社会、经济、环境发展都有积极正向影响。④从构建多层次区域金融市场、加强新型农村金融建设、发展数字金融等方面提出促进广东省金融包容发展与城镇化效应的举措。This paper builds financial inclusion index system from three dimensions which are penetration,use and utility,and constructs the new-type urbanization index system from social,economic and environmental development in Guangdong Province.Based on ArcGIS spatial analysis,this paper analyzes spatial-temporal evolution characteristics of financial inclusion,and uses the spatial regression model to illustrate the urbanization development effect of financial inclusion.The results show that financial inclusion development in Guangdong Province has obvious stage characteristics,and the overall trend of fluctuations is growing from 2002 to 2017.The spatial evolution presents the core-edge pattern,and the diffusion effect is continuously enhanced.The regional and municipal differences decrease gradually,and the positive spatial correlation is significant.The Pearl River Delta has occupied the high-value cluster area.Financial inclusion has a significant effect on urbanization,which has a positive impact on the social,economic and environmental index of new urbanization.Finally,it proposes some measures to promote the interaction between the financial inclusive development and new urbanization by constructing a multi-level regional financial market,strengthening the building of new rural financial institutions and developing digital finance.
