摘 要:为研究我国高速公路BOT项目社会资本联合体模式下联合体之间存在的文化差异对于项目公司新文化建设的影响,本文采用SNA方法对社会资本联合体之间的文化差异的影响因素进行研究,对现有的文化建设理论进行分析。使用文本分析和问卷调查从价值层、制度层、行为层、认知层挖掘文化差异影响因素并构建文化差异影响因素体系,运用SNA方法对文化差异因素构建关联网络,使用Ucinet 6.0进行网络中心性分析,根据结果确定企业规划、价值定位、价值取向、企业个性4个关键影响因素,最后提出具有针对性的文化融合策略与建议,以期为类似项目提供借鉴与参考。In order to study the impact of cultural differences between social capital consortiums under social capital consortium model of China’s highway BOT project on the new culture construction of the project company,taking the perspective of cultural differences as the starting point,the cultural differences between social capital consortiums based on the SNA method are studied,and the cultural construction theories are analyzed.First,the text analysis and questionnaire surveys are used to explore the factors influencing cultural differences from value,system,behavior and perception,and to build a factor system influencing cultural difference.Next,an associated network on cultural differences factors are constructed using SNA,and Ucinet 6.0 is used to analyze network centrality.Then,such 4 key influencing factors as corporate planning,value positioning,value orientation,and corporate personality are determined based on the results.Finally,the targeted strategies and suggestions for cultural integration are put forward to provide references for similar projects.
