摘　　要：培养师专生的职业能力是促进社会发展、有效提高教育质量、促进人才成长的必要手段。高等师专院校英语教育专业学生存在职业认同感薄弱、英语专业知识不扎实、教师职业技能综合运用能力不足等问题。所以,文章针对以上师专英语教育专业学生职业技能弱化问题,提出改革的构想,重构师专院校英语教育学生职业技能的培养体系,以推动地方师专院校教育的发展。Training the professional ability of teachers’ college students is a necessary means to promote social development,effectively improve the quality of education, and promote the growth of talents. There are some problems in English majors of normal colleges, such as weak sense of professional identity, lack of professional knowledge, and lack of comprehensive application ability of teachers’ professional skills. Therefore, in view of the weakening of vocational skills of the students majoring in English education in teachers’ colleges, this paper puts forward the idea of reform, reconstructs the training system of vocational skills of the students majoring in English education in teachers’ colleges, so as to promote the development of the education in local teachers’ colleges.
