摘  要:针对超临界二氧化碳(S-CO_(2))一次再热燃煤锅炉受热面布置方式进行研究,提出了一种新型S-CO_(2)燃煤锅炉受热面布置方案(方案3),以不同负荷下再热气温、锅炉效率和发电效率为指标将它与现有常规燃煤电站锅炉受热面布置方式(方案1)和周敬等提出的S-CO_(2)燃煤锅炉受热面布置方式(方案2)进行对比研究。结果表明:不同负荷下,方案3在维持再热气温方面表现最佳;三种方案的锅炉效率均随负荷的降低先增大,达到最高点后减小;在30%~100%设计负荷下,方案3的系统热力性能优于方案1和方案2,且方案3在60%~100%设计负荷下,发电效率均高于45.8%,明显优于现有常规燃煤电站。经济性分析结果表明,方案3具有显著的节能潜力。In this paper,the different heating surface layouts of supercritical CO_(2)(S-CO_(2))single reheat coal-fired boiler are studied,and a new S-CO_(2)coal-fired boiler heating surface layout scheme(Scheme 3)is proposed.The reheated working fluid temperatures,boiler efficiencies and power generation efficiencies of Scheme 3 under off-design conditions are compared with those of the existing heating surface layout of conventional coal-fired power station boiler(Scheme 1)and the heating surface layout of S-CO_(2)coal-fired boiler(Scheme 2)proposed by Zhou Jing et al.The research results show that under off-design conditions,the thermal performance of the scheme 3 is the best in maintaining the reheated working fluid temperature:the boiler efficiencies of these three schemes increase with the decrease of the load,and decrease after reaching the maximum,however,the boiler efficiency changes little with the change of load:under the 30%~100%design load conditions,the thermal performance of the Scheme 3 is better than that of both Scheme 1 and Scheme 2,and the power generation efficiencies of Scheme 3 are higher than 45.8%under the 60%~100%design load conditions,which is obviously superior to that of the existing conventional coal-fired power station.Economic analysis results show that Scheme 3 has the obvious energy saving potential.
