摘  要:依托两区模型开展了单级斜流/离心压缩机的初步设计和分析方法研究,验证了基于SOA-TEIS混合扩压度模型的改进ODP问题迭代方法在斜流/离心压缩机初步设计和分析中的准确性。采用本文方法对Krain高比转速叶轮和低比转速叶轮模型进行了一维设计和分析,并将结果与实验数据进行了对比,结果表明:本文所述方法可在减少对工程经验参数选取依赖性的同时,实现较准确的斜流/离心压缩机的初步设计计算和非设计工况性能预测,且易于程序化实现,采用被动滑移因子计算方法获得的设计点附近工况的等熵效率预测偏差在1%以内。The preliminary design and analysis methods of single-stage mixed-flow/centrifugal compressors were studied on the basis of the two-zone model,and the accuracy of the improved ODP problem iterative method based on SOA-TEIS mixed diffusion model in the preliminary design and analysis of the mixed-flow/centrifugal compressor was verified.The one-dimensional design and analysis of Krain high specific speed impeller and low specific speed impeller models were carried out using this method,and the results were compared with experimental data.The results show that the method presented in this paper could reduce the dependence on engineering experience parameter selection,and achieve accurate preliminary design calculations and off-design point performance predictions for mixed-flow/centrifugal compressors.The method was easy to implement programmatically,and the isentropic efficiency prediction deviation of the operating conditions near the design point obtained by the passive slip factor calculation method was within 1%.
