摘　　要：本系统实现钽阳极块烧结过程所包含的预烧、本烧、冷却三个热工工艺以及节拍式进出料、辅机等部分的控制。其控制系统实现全自动控制功能,采用分布式结构化设计,系统开放、分层控制,集检测、控制、管理、远程诊断、通讯于一体的系统构建和配置方案,开发多室隧道连续式真空烧结及热处理成套装备复杂生产制造全流程一体化控制系统整体控制策略与运行控制方法,实现对生产工艺的优化和最优控制。The system realizes tantalum anode block sintering process, including three thermal processes of presintering,sintering and cooling, as well as the control of metronomic feed in and out, auxiliary machine and other parts. Its control system realizes the full-automatic control function, which adopts the distributed structural design, system opening, hierarchical control,system construction and configuration scheme integrating detection, control, management, remote diagnosis and communication. The whole control strategy and operation control method of the whole process integrated control system for complex production and manufacturing of multi chamber tunnel continuous vacuum sintering and heat treatment equipment are developed to realize the optimization and optimal control of production process.
