基于中医学“皮肠同病”与现代医学“肠-皮肤轴”理论探讨“皮病治肠”思路

摘　　要：皮肤与肠道是人体最大的两个器官,二者是人体的外表面与内表面。中医学"皮肠同病"与现代医学"肠-皮肤轴"理论,表明皮肤与肠道存在生理与病理上密不可分的联系。肠病可导致皮肤病发生,反之,皮肤病治疗、预后与肠病的恢复亦息息相关。笔者探讨了两者的内在关联及作用机制,以期优化治疗方案,从而取得更好的临床疗效。Skin and gut are the two largest organs of human body.They are the outer and inner surfaces of human body.The theory of"co-diseases skin and gut"in traditional Chinese medicine and"gut-skin axis"in modern medicine shows that there is an inseparable relationship between skin and gut in physiology and pathology.Gut diseases lead to skin diseases,and the treatment and prognosis of skin diseases are closely related to the recovery of gut diseases.The author expects to optimize the treatment plan and achieve better clinical effect by exploring the internal relationship and mechanism of action between the two.
