摘　　要：本文通过提出和阐述数字经济技术-经济基础和生产方式数字化转型的概念及理论,从要素-产品-资产视角剖析数字经济生产力的数字化转型与适应性创新,从劳动-组织制度-契约治理视角探讨数字经济生产关系的数字化转型与适应性创新,由此,构建数字经济生产方式的适应性创新分析框架。根据分析框架及研究结论认为,基于案例研究和实证研究成果,以数字经济的适应性创新为研究对象,阐述数字经济创新与发展的规律和特征,构成数字经济的新政治经济分析。同时认为,数字经济的创新逻辑是数字经济新政治经济分析的基本问题。This paper puts forward and elaborates the concept and theory of technology-economy foundation of digital economy and digital transformation of production.We analyze the digital transformation and adaptive innovation of productivity of digital economy from the element-product-asset perspective,and discuss the digital transformation and the adaptive innovation of production relations of digital economy from the labor-organizational institution-contract governance perspective.The framework and findings suggests that researches that take adaptive innovation of digital economy as research subject and elaborate on rules and characteristics of innovation and development of digital economy based on previous case studies and empirical researches constitute new political economy analysis.Meanwhile,the fundamental issue of new political economy analysis of digital economy is the innovation logic of digital economy.
