摘 要:利用产品寿命分布模型和群体平衡模型研究我国废弃智能手机的回收利用情况。结果显示:我国智能手机的综合平均使用寿命约为3.48年;2017年的废弃智能手机回收率约为4.3%;预计到2025年,智能手机的废弃量将达到475.25百万部。通过实际调研发现,回收收益、信息安全问题以及公众环保意识是影响废弃手机的规范化回收利用的主要因素。为促进我国废弃手机的规范化回收与循环利用,从明确不同手机生产商的最小回收比例、加强对废弃手机非正规回收利用的管理、健全消费者信息安全的保障体系、加强公众的环境保护参与意识四个方面提出建议。This paper investigates the recycling of discarded smart phones in China by using the product life distribution model and group balance model.The results show that the overall average service life of smart phones in China is about 3.48 years,and the recovery rate of discarded smart phones in 2017 is about 4.3%,and the amount of discarded smart phones is expected to rise to 475.25 million by 2025.Through the investigation,we found that the recycling income,information security issues and the public awareness of environmental protection affect the standardized recycling of discarded mobile phones.Therefore,this paper puts forward suggestions from four aspects:first,clarifying the minimum recycling proportion of different mobile phone manufacturers;second,strengthening the management of irregular recycling of discarded mobile phones;third,improving the information security guarantee system of consumers;and finally,raising the public awareness of environmental protection participation to promote the standardized recycling and recycling of used mobile phones in China.
