二十甲营养不良合并普秃1例

摘　　要：患者女,50岁,全部头发伴部分体毛脱落6个月。双手足甲甲板相继浑浊、粗糙变形20年。皮肤科情况:头发几乎全部脱落,眉毛、睫毛、腋毛和阴毛部分脱落;二十甲甲板表面粗糙,有纵脊,状如砂纸。毛发镜检查:可见惊叹号样发、断发,黑点征(+)、黄点征(+)。指甲皮肤镜检查:甲板浑浊不透明、角质层变厚粗糙、点蚀、纵脊。诊断:二十甲营养不良合并普秃。A 50-year-old female presented with total hair and partial body hair loss for 6 months.The fingernails and toenails plates became tarnish gradually,rough and part of the nails became deform about 20 years.The physical examination showed all the hair loss and partial loss of eyebrows,eyelash,axillary and pubic hair,and sandpaper-appearing nail plates with roughness and longitudinal ridging as well.Trichoscopy demonstrated exclamation point hairs,dystrophic hairs,black spots and yellow dots.Dermoscopy of the nail demonstrated gray and tarnished,thickened and ragged cuticles,pitting,longitudinal ridging.Twenty-nail dystrophy and alopecia universalis was diagnosed.
