摘　　要：患儿女,3岁,鼻塞、流涕、咽痛3 d,发热1 d入院治疗。入院第2天出现面部、臀部丘疹,逐渐累及四肢。实验室检查EB病毒IgM阳性;腹部彩超:脾脏增大。诊断:传染性单核细胞增多症,皮疹表现为Gianotti-Crosti样发疹。A 3-year-old girl presented with rhinobyon, shed tears and pharyngalgia for three days, and fever for one day.On the second day be hospitalized, there were papules on the face and buttocks, involving the limbs gradually.Laboratory examination showed IgM positive and negative IgG of EB virus antibody.Color Doppler ultrasound showed spleen enlargement.Infectious mononucleosis with Gianotti-Crosti rash was diagnosed.
