肢端黑素瘤合并骨髓增生异常综合征1例

摘　　要：患者男,67岁,发现右足底黑斑和肿物2个月,迅速增大10 d。患者1年前确诊骨髓增生异常综合征-EB1型。皮肤科情况:右足底单发肿物,表面颜色不均,伴糜烂,周围形状不规则的浅褐色至深褐色斑片。组织病理提示:黑素细胞瘤,梭形细胞型。免疫组织化学显示:S-100(+),SOX-10(+)。建议行右足底皮肤恶性肿瘤扩大切除术,患者拒绝。3个月后患者死亡,死因不详。A 67-year-old male complained of a rapid-onset nodule with mild pain on his right plantar for ten days.He had a history of myelodysplastic syndrome(MDS)-EB1 for one year.Physical examination revealed a nodule on his right plantar,with irregularly bordered,black-brown and unevenly discolored patch around the nodule.Skin biopsy showed spindle melanoma cells.Immunostaining displayed the cells positive staining for S-100 and SOX-10.The patient refused to perform wide local excision and died unfortunately after a 3-month follow-up.
